Platinum Endlicheri Bichir
(Polypterus endlicheri)
The Platinum Endlicheri Bichir is a rare and striking variation of one of the largest bichir species in the hobby. Its bright platinum-white coloration combined with the thick, prehistoric body shape gives it an almost dinosaur-like appearance that immediately stands out in large aquariums.
Known for their calm but powerful nature, these bichirs are bottom-dwelling predators that spend much of their time slowly cruising the tank or resting near driftwood and rockwork. Their hardy nature and unique look make them a favorite among monster fish keepers.
